CMAP Comprehensive Muscular Activity Profile

CMAP™ is a cutting edge technology based evaluation service that assesses the interactivity of muscles and nerves while a patient is in motion.

Results from clinical trials have validated CMAP’s ability to scientifically address the inherent problems of subjectivity and ambiguity in the diagnosing of soft tissue injuries.

CMAP is designed to determine:

  • Existence of an injury
  • Precise location of an injury
  • Relative "age" of the injury
CPREP Comprehensive Pre-Employment Physical

CPREP™ is a technology based pre-employment evaluation that provides employers an objective assessment of an individual's ability to perform the physical job functions of the position for which he/she has been hired.

CPREP has been engineered to:

  • Objectively quantify range of motion
  • Objectively quantify functional capacity
  • Objectively measure muscle fatigue (very important indicator of potential vulnerability to future injury)
CRATE Comprehensive Impairment Rating Evaluation

CRATE™ is an impairment evaluation that utilizes CMAP cutting edge technology to assess the interactivity of muscles and nerves while an injured worker is in motion.

  • Results from clinical trials have validated the ability of CRATE to scientifically measure compliance and functional output with a sensitivity and specificity of 91% and 93% respectively.
  • CRATE™ was specifically designed to assist physicians in determining whether an injured worker has reached maximum medical improvement (MMI) and/or Permanent and Stationary (P&S) status. Furthermore, CRATE™ has custom features allowing AME/QME/IMEs utilization as a tool obtaining objective data related to range of motion and functionality.
